The beacon data is from OpenStreetMap and has been made available under the Open Database Licence. A copy of the data is available upon request.

By selecting "OSM" map tiles from OpenStreetMap will be used. The layer with nautical chart symbols is provided by OpenSeaMap. The tiles of both projects are covered by the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 2.0 license (CC BY-SA).
